1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by SAHA CONSULTANCY, registered in Norway under organisation number 937 889 208, of Gullvingeveien 131, Kristiansand, Norway ("we", "us"). Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site describes Weaverdeck:Echo and lets you subscribe to its newsletter. It is not the product, and nothing here is an offer to supply it. Any use of Echo itself will be governed by a separate agreement entered into at that time.
3. The newsletter
Subscribing places us under no obligation to write to you at any particular time or at all. We may change how often we write, or discontinue the newsletter entirely, at our discretion.
You must give an address you are entitled to use, and you must confirm it. You may unsubscribe at any time by writing to [email protected].
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit an address that is not yours, or that you are not authorised to use;
- submit entries by automated means, or attempt to defeat the measures that prevent it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data;
- interfere with the site's availability, including by overloading it;
- copy or reuse the site's content other than as clause 5 allows.
5. Content and intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, logos and the Weaverdeck and Weaverdeck:Echo names — belongs to us or is used under licence. You may view it and share links to it. You may not reproduce it commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
6. Accuracy, and no warranty
We describe a product that is still being built, and descriptions of what it will do are statements of intention rather than promises. The site is provided "as is": we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date above says when it last changed.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Norway, and the courts of Kristiansand, Norway have exclusive jurisdiction.
